Frequently asked questions
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery within Sweden takes 2 to 4 business days. When your order ships you get an email with a tracking link. Made-to-order rings take 14 to 21 days to make.
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Custom-designed and engraved pieces cannot be returned. Read the full return policy.
Contact us and we will adjust the size free of charge. The exception is full eternity rings, which cannot be resized.
