Refund policy

You have the right to return products purchased from us and receive a full refund, provided that you contact us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. The product must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

To return a product, please email us at info@lxryroom.com. We will then issue a Return Authorization, which includes all necessary information on how to proceed with the return. The product(s) must be returned using the shipping provider and to the address stated in the Return Authorization.


Please note the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging
  • It must be in new condition, unused, and not resized
  • Custom-designed rings and jewelry cannot be returned
  • If the jewelry is engraved or shows signs of wear, a restoration fee of 1,000 SEK will be applied
  • Original packaging and certificate must be included

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it promptly.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lxryroom.com.
