Refund policy
You have the right to return products purchased from us and receive a full refund, provided that you make the return within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. The product must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please get in touch with info@lxryroom.com for further return instructions if needed.
To return a product, use the attached return label. If any other return label are used LXRY ROOM take no responsibility for lost goods and no refund will be done. If no return label can be found email us at info@lxryroom.com. We will then issue a Return Authorization, which includes all necessary information on how to proceed with the return.
Please note the following conditions:
- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (if any certificates, they must be attached)
- It must be in new condition, unused, and not resized
- Custom-designed rings and jewelry with and personal engraving is not covered by EU´s consumer legalisation and can not be returned or refunded.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from purchase date
- If the jewelry is engraved or shows signs of wear, a restoration fee of 1,000 SEK will be applied
- A refund to the original payment method will be issued within 10 days of us receiving the jewelry and approving the return
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 12 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lxryroom.com.
