Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days to return or exchange from the day you receive your order. Fill in the form below and we will email you a return shipping label.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
- We confirm the return by email and send you a return shipping label with instructions.
- Send the piece back in its original packaging, together with the certificate if there is one.
- Once we have received and checked the piece, we refund your original payment method or send your new choice.
Good to know
- You have 30 days to return from the day you receive your order.
- The piece must be unused, not resized and in its original packaging.
- If the piece has a set diamond, include the certificate.
- Custom-designed pieces and pieces with a personal engraving cannot be returned.
