Would you like to make an exchange?
Please contact info@lxryroom.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Once we have received your return, we will confirm your new selection and handle any price adjustments or refunds. If the product includes a set diamond, please remember to include the certificate.
What applies for exchanges and returns?
☆ The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
☆ The product must not have been resized
☆ The exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
☆ Custom-designed rings and/or jewelry cannot be returned
☆ Certificates must be included if the product contains a set diamond
PLEASE NOTE
☆ If the jewelry is engraved or shows signs of wear, a restoration fee of SEK 1,000 will be charged
☆ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
☆ The product(s) must be returned using the shipping provider and to the address specified in the return authorization
IN CASE OF DAMAGE
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
